Job description
Reporting to the Vice-President, Product & Technology Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that Product & Technology operates as a transparent, predictable, and commercially aligned organization. You will serve as the operational bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Executives. In addition to leading goto-market readiness, the role partners closely with the VP, Product & Technology Operations in supporting CPTO-level operating cadence, executive coordination, strategic initiatives, and leadership follow-through.
In your day to day, you will be responsible for:
Go-to-Market Product Operations: Own the end-to-end operating model for product launches, ensuring cross-functional readiness and consistent execution. Own executive Go/No-Go readiness for major product releases.
Cross-functional Alignment: Create visibility into what is planned, in delivery, and released so every customer-facing team can plan and execute confidently.
Leveraging AI and automation to improve operational workflows, reporting, and cross-functional execution.
Executive Operations: Act as a senior operational partner to the VP Product & Technology Operations by coordinating meetings, tracking strategic actions, preparing executive materials, and driving follow-through across the Product & Technology organization.
Packaging & Pricing: Lead cross-functional product packaging efforts and chair the Pricing Council, balancing customer value, market positioning, pricing psychology, and sustainable margins.
Operational Excellence: Define governance, metrics, launch playbooks, release communications, post-launch reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management: Build trusted partnerships across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Support, and the Executive team.
Success Measures
Organization-wide visibility into roadmap, releases, and delivered customer value.
Improved cross-functional alignment and execution of launches.
High-quality executive operating cadence with reliable follow-through.
Effective product packaging and pricing decisions that support growth and margin objectives.
Predictable launch execution supported by measurable operational KPIs.
Job requirements
Your profile
10+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Strategy or closely related leadership roles.
Experience influencing senior executives and leading through cross-functional relationships.
Experience operating in Agile product organizations within startup, scale-up or fast-changing environments.
Demonstrated success building operating models, governance, and executive cadences.
Strong business acumen, including experience with packaging and pricing.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Healthcare technology or regulated industry experience is a bonus.
