What you can expect when joining the team
As a key member of our Medical Billing team, you’ll help ensure that every part of the billing cycle runs smoothly—from claim submission to reconciliation. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues, contribute to shared goals, and take ownership of specific files and tasks. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team where accuracy, consistency, and care truly make a difference.
What your day-to-day will look like
Submit and process billing claims with speed and accuracy, ensuring all data is entered correctly;
Assign and verify diagnostic codes with a strong eye for detail and compliance;
Reconcile submitted claims, identifying discrepancies and resolving them proactively;
Manage data entry for both paper-based and electronic claims, handling sensitive information with care;
Support marketing administration, assisting with ad-hoc tasks and collaborating across teams when needed.

Job requirements
Your profile
Are you professional, courteous and concerned about the quality of customer service? Are you an autonomous, proactive person who enjoys managing several files simultaneously and working as part of a team to achieve common goals? The sky is the limit! If you have:
The ability to manage high workloads within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining both efficiency and accuracy;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills;
A proactive and action-oriented approach to tackling tasks and challenges;
The ability to thrive in working independently, with a high degree of accountability;
Rigorous standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive information;
A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and accuracy;
Prior experience in the medical field, transcription, or medical administration (strong asset);
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
