What you can expect when joining the team

At the heart of the Medical Billing team, you'll join a team responsible for completing our customers' entire medical billing cycle. You'll participate in team tasks, while also having full responsibility for certain files.

 

Your daily life

During the day, you will be required to:

  • Conduct data entry for billing claims accurately and efficiently;

  • Code diagnostic codes with precision and attention to detail;

  • Perform reconciliation of claims to ensure accuracy and completeness;

  • Handle data entry tasks for both paper and electronic submissions with diligence;

  • Assist with marketing administration and provide support where needed.

  • The ability to manage high workloads within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining both efficiency and accuracy;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;

  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills;

  • A proactive and action-oriented approach to tackling tasks and challenges;

  • The ability to thrive in working independently, with a high degree of accountability;

  • Rigorous standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive information;

  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision and accuracy;

  • Prior experience in the medical field, transcription, or medical administration (strong asset);

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
