Why this role is interesting 

As a Customer Onboarding Advisor, you take over after the sale and play a key role in getting new clients started. In practical terms:

  • You support physicians who use the Xacte medical billing platform, from needs assessment through to go-live.

  • You ensure that their profile is properly created, that all information is complete, that they are correctly registered with the RAMQ, and that everything is in place so they can start using the platform effectively.

  • Your role helps deliver a structured, seamless, and professional experience, while building a relationship of trust from the very beginning.

In this role, you will:

  • Take ownership of new clients as they come on board and understand their needs

  • Set up and configure their profiles while validating required information

  • Coordinate next steps with internal teams (training, billing, support)

  • Follow up to ensure a seamless and timely go-live

  • Can thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

  • Are able to work independently within a structured framework

Please note: This role is offered in a hybrid model, with a minimum of one (1) day per week in the office.
