Your mission 

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team through automation, analytics, and process optimization. This role is perfect for someone excited by the opportunity to lay the groundwork for scalable marketing systems and implement best practices from the ground up. If you're skilled at identifying areas for improvement, scaling knowledge, and driving performance, this is the role for you! 

 

You’ll manage marketing automation via Account Engagement, streamline processes, improve lead management, and develop analytics dashboards to elevate marketing performance and keep stakeholders aligned. 

 

Your daily life 

In your day to day, you will be led to: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the full prospect lifecycle (Lead → MQL → SQL), including lead scoring, grading, and automated workflows; 

  • Serve as the Salesforce marketing administrator, ensuring optimal platform setup, tool integrations, and maintenance; 

  • Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (B2C, B2B, B2G) in Account Engagement and related tools, incorporating personalization, dynamic content, and progressive forms; 

  • Monitor and report on website and campaign performance using tools like Salesforce, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Power BI to ensure data accuracy and deliver actionable insights; 

  • Implement and manage SEM/SEO strategies to boost online visibility, website performance, and conversions;

  • Track and report on SEM/SEO performance metrics and KPIs; 

  • Manage lead generation from events and ensure efficient follow-up and conversion strategies; 

  • Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales to ensure seamless marketing processes; 

  • Optimize lead capture, scoring, routing, and lifecycle tracking to enhance sales handoffs;

  • Establish best practices and processes for data integrity, segmentation, and campaign tracking/reporting; 

  • Audit current systems and identify areas for improvement based on business impact; 

  • Evaluate and implement new marketing tools and platform integrations as needed; 

  • Define and document scalable Marketing Operations processes; 

  • Set up and manage campaigns on social media platforms, Google Ads, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tools;

  • Occasional presence at the Montreal or Quebec City office may be required, approximately once a month.

Job requirements

Your profile 

You are both strategic and hands-on, with a strong technical foundation and the ability to turn complex systems into clear, efficient processes. The sky is the limit! If you have :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including Account Engagement, Sales Cloud, Analytics Studio, Tableau, and workflow automation;

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, including campaign planning, lead scoring, and funnel metrics;

  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and ABM platforms;

  • A track record of building and scaling lead management and campaign attribution systems;

  • 3–4+ years of experience executing and optimizing SEM/SEO strategies;

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; 

  • A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for optimization; 

  • Experience with UX/UI design or Account-Based Marketing strategies is a strong plus; 

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.
