Your mission 

Are you a seasoned growth marketer with a proven ability to drive results using the Salesforce suite, Google tools, and performance-driven strategies? Do you thrive in environments where you can build from the ground up, challenge the status quo, and continuously improve processes and outcomes? If so, this role could be your next big move. 

 

As Growth Marketing Manager, reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead on key initiatives such as Account-Based Marketing (ABM), product launches, SEO/SEM, and email marketing. You’ll define strategic objectives tailored to key accounts and market segments, measure your impact rigorously, and optimize the marketing pipeline to increase influence and conversion within the healthcare sector. 

 

Your daily life 

In your day to day, you will be led to: 

  • Lead the implementation and execution of acquisition and cross-sell strategies across B2G, B2B, and B2C segments to drive pipeline growth and customer engagement. 

  • Partner with the Marketing team to design and launch high-impact campaigns rooted in best practices, incorporating A/B testing frameworks and performance tracking systems to generate actionable insights and improve outcomes. 

  • Define and track clear performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across channels, tactics, and the full campaign lifecycle. 

  • Drive automation strategies that maintain high levels of engagement throughout the customer journey, and provide guidance to cross-functional teams for seamless implementation. 

  • Collaborate across departments to deliver data-driven recommendations and industry-informed guidance in shaping the company’s SEO strategy at both the corporate and product levels. 

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to craft and refine SEO strategies aimed at increasing brand visibility, improving site performance, and deepening visitor engagement. 

  • Launch, manage, and continuously optimize paid search (SEM) campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance targets. 

  • Design and refine landing pages to increase conversion rates, with a focus on UX, messaging clarity, and performance optimization. 

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics regularly, report on results, and make strategic adjustments to maximize marketing ROI. 

  • Occasional presence at the Montreal or Quebec City office may be required, approximately once a month.

Job requirements

Your profile 

Are you a strategic and hands-on marketer with a solid technical foundation and a results-driven mindset? The sky is the limit! If you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 

  • 7+ years in demand generation and digital marketing 

  • Strong knowledge of Google tools and Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Account Engagement/Pardot) 

  • Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns and reporting on results 

  • Skilled in using data to drive decisions and improve performance 

  • Solid experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing 

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments 

  • Self-driven, organized, and solutions-oriented 

  • Quick to learn new tools, CRMs, and systems 

  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken, written, and reading)
