What you can expect when joining the team

Reporting to the Vice-President of Marketing, you will step into a pivotal role as a Director of Growth Marketing, responsible for leading and executing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth that effectively promote Petal's products and drive increased engagement with our target audience.


You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, product management, sales and the central marketing team to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of our marketing efforts.


Your daily life

In your day to day, you will be led to:

  • Understand Petal’s business and marketing strategies, and support core initiatives that promote Petal’s growth;
  • Leverage data analytics to design and optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI;
  • Develop a comprehensive growth strategy supporting our growth outside of Quebec;
  • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing campaigns that will help expand our customer base, increase revenue, and achieve business growth;
  • Implement the right tools and platforms to track and optimize performance (CRM systems, automation, etc.);
  • Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing team of growth and field marketers;
  • Lead marketing plan and budget exercises with various internal stakeholders;
  • Develop and present actionable reports on growth metrics, KPIs and insights to executive leadership.

Your profile

Are you a seasoned and strategic marketing professional, known for your capacity to execute comprehensive marketing strategies and drive results? Are you looking for a challenging role that allows you to showcase your expertise and make a significant impact on a company's growth? The sky is the limit! If you have:

  • 7 years of experience in a marketing function;
  • Experience as a Senior Marketing Manager in a B2B technology company;
  • A solid track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies;
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills;
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to work cross-functionally;
  • Proven experience working in HealthTech (asset);
  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
  • Since you will be regularly interacting with English-speaking colleagues located outside of Québec, proficiency in both English and French (spoken, written, and read) is required.
