What you can expect when joining the team

As a Customer On-boarding Advisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding for every new customer. Your role will be crucial in ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment they arrive on our platform. This position requires you to be in the office at least 2 days a week to encourage collaboration and the achievement of common objectives.

 

Your daily life

During the day, you will be led to:

  • Manage the activities supporting the onboarding of new clients on the Xacte platform by providing the highest standards of customer service;

  • Act as an internal liaison to ensure a smooth integration process and client experience;

  • Ensure clear and proactive communication in each step of the onboarding process;

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide high quality support throughout the onboarding process;

  • Set up and configure client profiles according to the different medical billing disciplines, and plan the necessary training;

  • Ensure adequate follow-ups with clients and partners to ensure proper configuration of their profile, as required;

  • Conduct the appropriate research and perform verifications to ensure accuracy of information;

  • Configure subscriptions, in collaboration with the accounting department;

  • Provide support to the billing operations department, in welcoming new clients to their teams;

  • Build your general medical billing knowledge to best serve clients and collaborate with your colleagues.

Job requirements

Your profile

Are you professional, courteous and concerned about the quality of customer service? Do you enjoy managing multiple files simultaneously and working as a team towards common goals? Are you looking for a friendly work environment and want to be part of a great team? The sky is the limit! If you have:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a position relevant to the position;

  • Strong oral and written communication skills;

  • Excellent customer service skills;

  • A high level of professionalism, discretion and organization;

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage priorities;

  • Proficiency in the Office suite;

  • Comfortable with web and mobile applications as well as with technology and tools (e.g. Trello, Intercom, Zendesk, Dropbox, etc.);

  • An ability to manage priorities and stress that may arise during peak periods;

  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English (mandatory);

  • An understanding of RAMQ medical billing (asset).
