What to expect when joining the team

The Marketing and Growth team is looking for an independent and creative Senior Digital Marketer who has an entrepreneur mindset and a knack for data tracking and analysis. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will be surrounded by collaborative colleagues in our team’s ambition to promote innovative marketing, learn and improve in your skills, work in a participatory and engaging climate and bring ideas and execution to the next level.

Your daily life

Based out of Montreal or Quebec, you will be led to :

  • Collaborate with product marketers to develop marketing campaigns such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, events, and sales enablement, based on current opportunities;
  • Work with the Director of Demand Generation to develop initiatives that are aligned with the marketing goals and roadmap;
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure initiatives strategically reach all consumer touchpoints;
  • Develop and refine CRO, A/B Tests, and user flow experiences to drive growth by leveraging UX optimizations;
  • Automate actions in HubSpot to improve the process of managing and assigning Leads in the marketing environment;
  • Plan, optimize and scale paid ads;
  • Oversee website performance monitoring, interpret regular activity reports and make recommendations for adjustments to ensure maximum availability and performance;
  • Track and report relevant KPIs cross-collaboration with the existing marketing team on various campaigns;
  • Optimize campaigns and messaging through frequent testing and data analysis.

Are you a data fluent and analytical senior digital marketer with strong project management and communication skills? Are you recognized for your ability to demonstrate ownership and deliver on business objectives and high-growth targets? Do you stand out for your curiosity, empathy and customer-centric approach? Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and improve your craft? The sky is the limit! If you have :

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
  • 8 years of digital marketing experience, of which a minimum of 3 years in growth optimization;
  • A strong history of marketing experience, developing and leading marketing roadmaps, campaigns, and projects from customer insight to ideation and execution;
  • Expertise in paid media;
  • A deep understanding of marketing metrics, how to track them and how to optimize them (CAC, Conversion Rate, Engagement and reach, Retention rate, and churn);
  • A high level of ease with analytics and tracking tools (Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Search Console, etc.);
  • A CRO mindset and growth/agile mindset;
  • The ability to understand, communicate and draw conclusions based on data-driven initiatives and various metrics to drive business insights;
  • Comfort with basic HTML, CSS, JS and HubL (asset).
