What you can expect when joining the team

Based out of Québec, and reporting to the Director of Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Petal’s innovative B2C portfolio of SaaS solutions, offering medical billing and scheduling solutions to healthcare professionals.

Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration for B2C accounts in the healthcare sector to meet and exceed your goals. Experience in SaaS sales as well as excellent relationship building, negotiation, and technical skills will enable you to be successful in this role.


Your daily life

During the day, you will be led to:

  • Source new sales opportunities, in the hospital sector, through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and referral initiatives;
  • Qualify new inbound leads from digital campaigns, organic traffic, tradeshows, etc.;
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities though the entire sales cycle from inception to closing;
  • Gain a deep understanding of our products and how our solutions can help improve hospital administrative processes, as well as the patient experience;
  • Develop relationships with potential buyers, understand their needs and requirements;
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos, demonstrating Petal’s value proposition and ROI;
  • Enter, update, and maintain daily activity in Hubspot CRM.

Job requirements

Your profile

Are you a tech-savvy, self-motivated sales professional, known for your discipline and “hunter” mindset?   • 3+ years of experience with a SaaS business model;
  • Experience in selling to hospitals and/ or MDs is a strong asset;
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills and closing skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills;
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy;
  • Full English proficiency, French / English bilingualism preferred.
